The Institute of Engineering & Management(IEM),Jeypore is managed by IEM Society. The Institute of Engineering & Management(IEM), Jeypore is designed to impart Diploma Engineering Courses in various disciplines. Poised to become an institute of repute as being the only & Best in Diploma Engineering Education in the state. Possessed with a strong faculty hailing from excellent engineering back-grounds, equipped with a strong acumen of knowledge to teach the young minds, the essence of quality of education registered under Society Act-1860.

The founder of the society had proposed to start the said institute under self finance scheme to promote the higher education in the southern region of odisha and to produce well trained personnel in the field of engineering and management studies in the said backward region of the state of odisha.

VISION AND MISSION:
The Institute has the vision to be emerged as up to date DIPLOMA'S in the private sector to impart quality based industrial training to the aspiring youths for this aim:

1.We impart industrial training to the youths, especially to the less fortunate and equip them with the best industrial and technical knowledge and multi skill practical training which would help them to take part in the Progressive Global Industrial development.

2.We prepare trainees for suitable employment in different engineering trades for industry and self employment.

3.We enhance the trainees to have a better standard of living by acquiring sound principles of morality, discipline and life skills so as to face the realities of life.
